When you first sign up to the Hygiene360 portal, we collect your name, contact information and provide log in information for the Hygiene360 application.

We collect information about you to allow you to manage your account and to email you alerts in relation to the Hygiene360 application, such as cleaning overdue alerts. You are able to change which email alerts you receive in the web portal.

We promise that when we collect, process and store your data, we will do so safely and securely. We’ll also make sure that the other businesses we work with that provide third-party services, are just as careful with your data.

Security and performance

Grange Europe uses a third-party service to help maintain the security and performance of the Hygiene360 application and website. To deliver this service it processes the IP addresses of visitors to the Hygiene360 portal.

The information we collect from you may be transferred to and stored at a destination outside the United Kingdom and the European Union (EU). We take all reasonable steps to ensure that your information is treated securely. We ensure that third-party service providers who handle or store data outside the UK or EU, adhere to the requirements of GDPR.
